    They don't do a good job explaining your packages at all. They talk about free drinks and parties but that is only if you buy the VIP pass which is managed by Inertia Tours. Booking through Student Breaks you only gets you lodging and meals. I would wait to get the VIP pass. They said it would be $99 but I paid $50 to Inertia directly when I got to my destination. The phone representatives are rude as well.

    I was very disappointed in my dealings with JFR beach rentals. Not only did my contract tell me NOT to bother the building maintenance, when I couldn't get in touch with JFR about a leak in the bathroom I had to call the building maintenance. The problem went on for 4 days and the bathroom was not usable because the floor being soaked. JFR did offer me a very small refund but said it was a building problems and not the fault of JFR. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM JFR AGAIN.

    Nice newer condo on the far west end of panama city beach. Several pools and right on the water. A little far from pier park and very far from the restaurants, clubs and attractions of pcb. So If you want a quieter more laid back vacation this would be for you. All units are privately owned and the one we stayed at was nicely kept, a little cramped. But overall we were very happy with it.

    My family enjoys staying here. It is a great family friendly resort. We’ve stayed here a few times and it has always been clean. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and when staying in a March, having a heated pool is great! Will continue staying here each visit.
